THIS IS A GORGEOUS OLD ANTIQUE FLORAL OIL PAINTING OF PANSIES THAT IS PAINTED ON CANVAS THAT IS NAILED TO A WOOD STRETCHER FRAME THAT IS SIGNED AND DATED 1896 AND IN THE ORIGINAL FRAME.

This is an older painting that is well painted. An old oil painting like this just makes a room look so good. The colors are beautiful.  There is paint loss, some chipped paint to the canvas and wear. The signature looks like B. McKevett with a date of '96. There is a little bit of chipped gesso on the frame and wear.

Measurements are about 20" by 17"for the frame.
