THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE CAST IRON STORE DISPLAY HAT STAND WITH AN ORNATE BASE THAT IS 18" TALL. This is an older piece that came out of an old country store. There is paint loss, rust and wear. Measurements are about 18" tall by 5" wide at the base.
