THIS IS AN  OLD CAST IRON METAL SALVAGED BASE THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED FOR A RISER, PLATEAU OR PEDESTAL.

What an awesome look this has.  It has three ornate feet and a very shapely rim that is chippy, with paint loss,  rust,  and wear. 

 The base is about 12" wide.  The top openings are 2 3/4" and 4 1/4" for outside top rim.  It weighs about 5 1/2 pounds.
