THIS IS A SWEET VINTAGE WHITE OPEN WEAVE FOOTED PLANTER OR VASE WITH PETITE PINK PORCELAIN ROSES ALONG THE TOP RIM. There are some minor stains, discoloration, minor paint loss, some yellowing, a few tiny chips to the roses and wear. The bottom is stamped Italy. Measurements are about 5 1/2" tall by about 8" wide at the top and 5" wide at the bottom.
