THIS IS AN  OLD VINTAGE METAL SALVAGED BASE THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED FOR A RISER, PLATEAU OR PEDESTAL THAT IS FOOTED AND ORNATE DETAILS.

It has the old silver paint with a little paint loss, minor dirt,  and wear. Everything is special when on a riser like this.  

 The base is about 5 1/2" by 1 5/8" tall.  The inside rim and opening is about 4".
