You don't find these like this very often. It says, White Rose Paste, An Elegant Preparation for Preserving & Whitening the Teeth. Purifying & Perfuming the Breath Prepared by S. Maw, Son & Sons, Alderscate St, London, England. The bottom is stamped MAW. The crazing and staining is the absolute best! There is staining, crazing, paint loss, a couple little chips on the bottom piece and wear. Measurements are about 2 5/8" by 2".
