THIS IS AN OLD VINTAGE WICKER FLOWER BASKET OR PLANTER  WITH A HANDLE THAT IS WHITE AND HAS A METAL LINER IN A VERY HARD TO FIND SMALL SIZE.

It is so hard to find these in this smaller size. There is paint loss, minor dirt, minor stains and wear.

 
Measurements are about 9" by 10" by 3 1/2".
