THIS IS  AN OLD SALVAGED FRENCH ARCHITECTURAL  CAST IRON METAL FRAGMENT  WITH VERY ORNATE DETAILS INCLUDING SWAGS AND FLOWERS THAT IS FREE STANDING..

This is from France.  I think it was originally part of an old andiron.  The details are incredible with such a great look.  It has the old green paint with paint loss, chippy paint and wear. There was something on top, that has broken off, as I show.

Measurements are about 13" by 6 1/2" wide and 4" deep.  It weighs about 3 pounds.
