THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL OLD VINTAGE METAL WASTE BASKET THAT LOOKS LIKE IT IS BRASS WITH EMBOSSED FLOWERS ALL AROUND THE TOP AND BOTTOM. There is some aqua showing thru the metal with discoloration and color variation. It has dirt, some scratches and wear. Measurements are about 13" tall by 12" wide and 8 3/4" deep. It weighs about 3 pounds.
