THIS IS A GORGEOUS OLD VINTAGE  FILIGREE OR METAL DISPLAY HOLDER  OR CUP WITH AN OPEN DETAILING ALL AROUND. 

The details are fabulous and it has a handle.  It has the original silver paint.   There is some writing along the bottom rim, but it's not in English.  It does have the number 1961 in between the writing.There is paint loss, discoloration, minor stains, and wear.

Measurements are about 4" to the top of the handle by 3" wide at the bottom.
