THIS IS WONDERFUL! IT IS AN OLD VINTAGE METAL SAP BUCKET WITH THE ORIGINAL AQUA BLUE PAINT AND FABULOUS PATINA. There are a few minor dings, some rust, paint loss and wear. It is free standing, or you can hang by the hole at the back. Measurements are about 9" tall by 9" wide at the top and 6 1/2" wide at the bottom. SORRY, THE PLANT IS NOT INCLUDED.
