THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE METAL SALVAGED OIL LAMP BASE THAT CAN NOW BE REPURPOSED AS A FLOWER HOLDER OR VASE. It has an opening at the bottom, so it does not hold water. It has a nice shape with the original white paint. There is paint loss, a couple minor dings, minor stains, and wear. Measurements are about 9" by 6 1/2" wide. THE FLOWERS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
