THIS IS A GORGEOUS OLD VINTAGE FILIGREE OR METAL FOOTED DISPLAY PLATEAU HOLDER WITH AN OPEN DETAILING ALL AROUND. This is an older piece of good quality. The details are fabulous and it has four little feet. It has the original silver paint. There is paint loss, discoloration, minor stains, and wear. Measurements are about 3" by 2 3/4" by 3 3/4" tall. THE FLOWERS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
