OH, THIS IS JUST TOO CUTE! IT IS AN OLD VINTAGE SMALL CHILD'S TOY METAL WASHING MACHINE WITH WRINGER THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED AS A VESSEL FOR FLOWERS IN YOUR HOME. The wringer is removable and adjustable to display on inside or outside. It has the original creamy white and light green paint. It is a Sunny Suzy Washing Machine. There is paint loss, chippy paint, a little rust, a couple dings, minor dirt and wear. Measurements are about 9" to the top of the wringer. It is about 13" by 8".
