THIS IS AN OLD PRIMITIVE METAL FOLKART SCOOP THAT WAS PROBABLY USED AS A GRAIN FEED SCOOP THAT IS SO UNIQUE. I love this piece! It has such a great look and can now be used as a decor item, as I show, with flowers, sorry, flowers not included. There is rust, chippy paint, paint loss, discoloration, and wear. Measurements are about 13" by 5" by 5". It weighs about 2 1/2 pounds
