THIS IS AN ADORABLE WELL LOVED AND WORN OLD VINTAGE TEDDY BEAR THAT IS SOFT, STUFFED AND FLOPPY. 

How cute is this!  I'm not sure of the age.  He looks like he was black, and is now faded, with some worn spots and wear.  His eyes are a little cloudy.

Measurements are about 13" when lying flat.
