THIS IS AN  OLD WOOD ARCHITECTURAL COLUMN BASE OR CAPITAL TOP THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED FOR A RISER OR PEDESTAL THAT IS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE SEEN IN A WHILE AND ALMOST 8" TALL.

This is a wood salvaged column capital top or base that fat and chunky.  It has the old white  paint that is chippy, with paint loss, paint crackling, a couple old cracks, but it is solid, minor dirt, a little chipped wood and wear. I show it upside down also, if you preferred. 

 The base is about 7 3/4" tall by 7 3/4" wide.  The top  round flat display area is about 5 1/2" wide.  It weighs about 5 pounds.
