THIS IS AN OLD WEATHERED WOOD ARCHITECTURAL COLUMN BASE THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED FOR A RISER OR PEDESTAL . This is the salvaged base or top from an architectural column, that is time weathered, with paint loss, minor dirt, some old chips and wear. This is the hard to find smaller size. The base is about 7" by 7" by 3" tall.
