THIS IS FABULOUS! IT IS AN OLD VINTAGE WICKER BASKET WITH A GREAT LOOK AND GORGEOUS ORIGINAL OLD AQUA PAINT. This is an older wicker basket that can be used as a waste basket or a planter, as I show. It is of good quality. It has the original soft aqua paint, that is time worn, with chippy paint, paint loss, and wear. SORRY, PLANT IS NOT INCLUDED.
