OH I LOVE THIS! THIS IS AN OLD DISPLAY STAND WITH THE PORCELAIN BISQUE HEAD OF A WOMAN. This is an older piece that could be an old store hat stand. At the top is the beautiful woman's head that is hand painted. The stand is wood, with the base part being covered in brown velvet. The back is stamped Japan. It is a little uneven at the bottom of the base. There is paint loss, minor stains, missing top coat of the face, scratches and wear to the head. The base has paint loss, and missing fabric.
