THIS IS FABULOUS! THIS IS A VINTAGE METAL PAINT BUCKET THAT IS RUSTY THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED AS CONTAINER FOR FLOWERS OR OTHER ITEMS. This has a great look. It has a handle. On the front it says in part, Howard Mix N Measure Paint Pot. There is rust, some minor dings and wear. Sorry, the plant is not included. Measurements are about 6 1/4" tall by 8" wide at the top.
