THIS IS JUST GORGEOUS! IT IS AN OLD VINTAGE ITALIAN WASTE BASKET WITH HAND PAINTED FLOWERS ON THE FRONT This is metal with wood feet. It has a nice fancy wide rim at the top with ornate details. On the front is the beautiful painted flowers in gorgeous colors against the buttercream background. There is chippy paint, paint loss, some minor scratches, minor dirt, rust, especially on the inside bottom and wear. It would be stunning to hold your dried hydrangeas. Sorry, mine are not included.
