THIS IS DROP DEAD GORGEOUS . IT IS AN OLD ANTIQUE FLORAL OIL PAINTING OF FLOWERS THAT LOOK LIKE YELLOW WILD SUNFLOWERS THAT IS ON A VERY RARE OVAL CANVAS AND FRAMED IN THE ORIGINAL FRAME. I have never seen an old antique oval canvas stretcher like this one. The painting is on canvas that is stretched and nailed to the oval wood stretcher. This is an older and well painted. The colors are fabulous. There are some scratches, chippy paint, crackly paint, paint loss, minor dirt and wear. It is in an old wood frame that is original with chippy paint and paint loss that is perfect for this painting. This would be stunning alone or on a wall of old rose or floral paintings in any shabby chic, romantic cottage or French Country home. Measurements are about 20 3/4" by 24". The oil painting itself is about 12" by 16".
