THESE ARE TWO PIECES THAT ARE AMAZING TOGETHER. THIS IS AN OLD VINTAGE CAST METAL FRENCH URN, VESSEL, VASE OR PLANTER WITH AN ORNATE DESIGN ON THE FRONT AND BACK A NICE TIME WORN PATINA. ALSO INCLUDED IS THE SALVAGED FRENCH CROSS FRAGMENT OF AN ANGEL OR CHERUB. These are two older pieces made from heavy cast iron metal from France that are not original to each other. .The vase has an awesome shape with a slender shape and thick flowers on the front and back. It has a stunning beading pattern at the bottom. . It has a nice design on the front and back. It has the old gray or silver paint that has chippy paint, paint loss, some rust and time worn for a perfect time worn patina. It doesn't hold water, as there is the original hole at the bottom. Included is the fragment of the angels head and one long wing. It was broken off a larger piece, and you can see the broken edges. It is the same colors and patina with rust. It is not free standing, but fits in the vase nicely. . This would be wonderful in any shabby chic, romantic cottage, Farm House or French Country home. Measurements for the vase are about 8" tall by 4" wide at the bottom. It weighs about 3 pounds together.
