THIS IS A WONDERFUL OLD VINTAGE METAL LIGHT OR LAMP. I usually don't buy these, so don't know much about it. It is metal with a nice dome shade. It has the old white paint, with paint loss, some minor scratches, minor dirt and wear. It looks like it was rewired. Don't know if it is adjustable.
