THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE CRINOLINE SLIP OR HALF SKIRT WITH A GREAT LOOK. This is made with net that is stiff. There is a tear or missing lace at the top on one side, as I show. A vintage white millinery roses corsage is pinned to cover that area. There are three buttons at the opening. There is wear, a few stains, as I show and discoloration.
