THIS IS A GORGEOUS OLD ROSE PRINT OF CABBAGE ROSES AND LILIES OF THE VALLEY BY PAUL DE LONG PRE AND FRAMED IN A SHABBY GESSO FRAME. I have had this for so long, and just found it hidden behind some things. It used to hang in my kitchen before our remodel several years ago. I still love it, but no longer have a place for it. It is on the shabby side, which I love. The beautiful cabbage roses and lilies of the valley flowers are lying down. It is signed Paul DeLongpre from the Victorian era. The colors are absolutely beautiful with the gorgeous. There are lots of old stains on the print, as I show. It is covered with glass and has a wood backing. It is framed in the original wood and gesso frame, which is on the shabby side. There is missing gesso, pieces of broken wood, paint loss and wear. Please look at all the pictures. This would be stunning alone or on a wall of old rose paintings and prints, or by itself in any shabby chic, romantic cottage or French Country home. Measurements are about 26 1/2" by 13" for the frame. It weighs about 3 pounds.
