THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE LARGE TROPHY PITCHER DATED 1965 THAT IS THE GOVERNOR'S TROPHY THAT HAS A GREAT LOOK. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL THE PHOTOS. What a rare find! This could easily be a keeper! It is a good quality trophy pitcher with a nice shape in a nice size. There are roses and flowers in the design at the base. It has the seal of the state of N.H. On the front, it is signed by Governor John King, who was governor on New Hampshire from 1963 to 1969. It is signed John W. King, Governor. It says, "The Governor's Trophy, State of New Hampshire, New England Green Pastures Program, 1965 Awarded to Stanley F. Grimes, Pembroke, New Hampshire, In Recognition of Exceptional Achievement in Dairy Farming" There is tarnish, discoloration, scratches, spots and wear. Trophies look great in any decor either alone or grouped together. And they make wonderful Flower vases, pencil holders, or holders for remotes. Measurements are about 9 1/2" by 7 1/2" arm to arm and 5 1/2" deep and weighs about 1 1/2 pounds.
