HIS IS A DROP DEAD GORGEOUS OLD VINTAGE PORTRAIT OIL PAINTING OF A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN THAT IS SIGNED AND PAINTED IN ITALY ON CANVAS. This is very well painted The colors are just gorgeous to fit in any décor. It is painted on canvas that is nailed to a thin wood panel. The beautiful woman has auburn hair and wearing a necklace and scoop neck green top.. Absolutely exquisite!. There is paint loss, minor scratches, a little excess canvas over the sides and minor wear. There are some scratches to the forehead of the woman. It is nicely signed and with the country Italy , but I can't make out the name. The back says, Painted from a Phot, 1943 Done in Italy in 1945 This would be stunning in any shabby chic, mid century, romantic cottage or French Country home. Measurements are about 13 3/4" by 17".
