THIS IS AN EXQUISITE OLD VINTAGE FRENCH PICTURE FRAME WITH A LARGE BARBOLA GESSO FRAME AT THE TOP This is an old picture frame with a stunning barbola gesso double bow and ribbon at top and delicate beading along the inside of the frame. There is no glass. It has the old gold paint with discoloration, minor stains and wear for a fabulous patina. There is a little bit of chipped gesso in the corners, as I show. It has the old string hanger on the back. Perfect anywhere in your home with any shabby chic, French country or romantic cottage decor to add a touch of elegance. Measurements are about 12" by 15" for the outside. The opening is about 12" by 10"
