It has a wood trim border around the frame. The colors and lettering are awesome. It is a creamy white background with cranberry color lettering in a nice font. There is chippy paint, paint loss, some stains, and minor dirt. There are four holes that were used to hang it. It says, S. Primus Cabinet maker and Carpenter.
