WONDERFUL Old Vintage PLATEAU MIRROR Large Ornate Footed Metal Base for DISPLAY

THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE PLATEAU MIRROR, OR VANITY OR DRESSER DISPLAY MIRROR THAT HAS 4 ORNATE METAL FEET IN A NICE LARGE SIZE. This has a wonderful French look. This was not originally made to be a mirror. It has a salvaged metal base with four feet and an ornate rim. The gold metal has tarnish, scratches, discoloration and wear for a great patina. A round mirror was cut to fit inside the rim of the base. The cut mirror was an old thick one, so there is a little silver loss, with some spots, as I show. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MIRROR DOES NOT COMPLETELY GO TO THE EDGE OF THE RIM, AND THERE IS A TINY GAP, WHICH IS HARD TO NOTICE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IT. THIS IS FOR THE MIRROR ONLY. The box on it is not included but FOR SALE ON ANOTHER SHABBYTOWNUSA AUCTION THIS WEEK. Everything looks better when displayed on a plateau mirror. Perfect for your shabby chic, Art Decor, Paris Apartment, French Country, or Cottage decor. Measurements are about 20" wide on the outside to the feet. The mirror itself for display is about 12". It is about 3" tall. It weighs about 9 pounds.
