THIS IS AN OLD ANTIQUE FLORAL OIL PAINTING OF GORGEOUS WHITE AND BLUSH PINK FLOWERS THAT IS PAINTED ON CANVAS AND FRAMED IN THE ORIGINAL FRAME.. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A LITTLE ON THE SHABBY SIDE, WITH PAINT LOSS, CHIPPY PAINT AND A COUPLE LITTLE HOLES ON THE SIDE AS I SHOW. I love the shabby paintings like this one. This is an older oil painting that is painted on academy board. It is signed, but I can't make out the name and dated Sept 1892. There is a vase with pink, cranberry and white sweet peas. Again, please make note of the condition, there is chippy paint, paint loss, scratches, and a few little holes from the nails on the left side and a crease to the back of the board.. It is framed in the original wood frame with beautiful barbola gesso detailing with missing detailing in the corners and chippy paint. This would be stunning alone or on a wall of old flower paintings in any shabby chic, romantic cottage, Farm House or French Country home. Measurements are about 23" by 14" for the frame. The painting itself is about 18 1/2" by 10". It weighs about 3 pounds.
