THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE CAST METAL OR CAST IRON HOME DECOR PIECE WITH A CHERUB SITTING ON AN ORNATE BASE WITH THE FACE OF AN ANGEL. This is a little heavy weighing about 5 pounds. It is a good quality piece from the 1920's. It is metal or cast metal. I'm not sure exactly what it was originally used for, it could have been a fireplace andiron. There is a precious cherub in a cute pose sitting on the ornate footed base. In the detailing, the is the face of an angel. It has the original finish with paint loss, discoloration, minor dirt and time worn. Perfect in any shabby chic, romantic cottage, Farmhouse, Jeanne d'Arc Living, Romantic Cottage, or French Country home either. Measures about 8 1/4" wide by 8" tall and 6" deep to the back. It weighs about 5 pounds.
