THIS IS A GORGEOUS VINTAGE FRAME THAT HAS A FABULOUS ORNATE BARBOLA GESSO DESIGN WITH A FRENCH LOOK AND VERY NICE CREAMY WHITE PATINA. This frame is wood with very ornate barbola gesso detailing all around. It has gorgeous details with flowers in the corners. It was painted a creamy white and distressed and waxed that is chippy, with color variation, with paint loss, scratches, and wear. There are some minor hairline surface cracks, but it is solid. The back is stamped, made in Mexico. There is no glass. You can display it vertically or horizontally. Perfect in your shabby chic, French country or romantic cottage decor. Measurements are about 25" by 21" for the outside of the frame. The inside is about 12" by 16".
