OMG! THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE OLD ANTIQUE PAINTING ON A LARGE CANVAS THAT IS 3 FEET TALL. IT IS OF A BEAUTIFUL FAIRY WITH WINGS AND HOLDING A BUTTERFLY. I hope I don't regret selling this one! This is one of those amazing statement making paintings that is older and of good quality. It is very well painted with the most beautiful colors that pop against the dark background. It is painted on canvas that is nailed to the wood stretcher frame. There are a few repairs, as I show, chippy paint, paint loss, paint crackling, a few slight indentations, minor scratches, some fading, a few minor stains and wear. I have several paintings like this in my home and they really make a statement in a room. The Fairy or woman is beautiful and has wings and wearing a shear white cloth. She is looking at the butterfly in her hand. What a statement this will make in your home! Measurements are about 36" tall by 18" wide.
