THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE ITALIAN TOLE WINE BOTTLE HOLDER WITH TASSELS.. This is so unique. It is all metal or tole. It holds a single bottle of wine, as I show, sorry, the bottle is not included. There are two tassels on each side. The bottle holder tilts forward and back. It has the original gold paint with paint loss, and time worn for a perfect patina. Perfect for your shabby chic, romantic cottage, Farm house or French Chic home.
