THIS IS FABULOUS. IT IS AN OLD VINTAGE WOOD HAT STAND WITH THE HEAD OF A FLAPPER GIRL OR WOMAN IN HARD TO FIND PINK! This is an older wood hat stand. At the top is the head of a flapper girl or woman that is hand painted. She is wearing a hand painted black bow tie. It has the original stunning shade of pink paint, which is hard to find.
