THIS IS A SWEET LITTLE OLD VINTAGE THICK PAPER PALETTE WITH A PRINT OF A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN OR GIRL WITH FLOWERS AND ROSES This is a cut out heavy paper or cardboard in the shape of a palette. I believe this is an older Victorian fan. The print is of a beautiful young woman or girl with very pretty flowers and roses in pink and white. The back says Spellman Brothers Five points, NY with original price of 15 cents. There is a little wear an minor stains.
