THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE METAL FRENCH PLANTER URN OR VASE WITH A GREAT LOOK! This is metal and has a gorgeous shape. This originally was a French lamp base and is now being repurposed into a vase or decor piece for your home. There are three levels or tiers and then the vase. There are ornate details and beading detailing. At the back, is the hole where the cord was at one time. Inside the vase or holder, you can see the screw that holds the holder to the base. It has the old black with gold detailing paint. It is chippy, peely, with paint loss, minor dirt, some stains and time worn for a great patina. This would look so pretty in your shabby chic, French cottage, Victorian or romantic cottage décor. Measurements are about 9" tall by 6" wide and deep. It weighs about 4 1/2 poun
