THIS IS A GORGEOUS OLD VINTAGE WOMAN'S HAT THAT IS PINK WITH FEATHERS, NETTING AND A VELVET BOW. This is so unique! It basically is flat, so you need to pull the netting down over something to display it. There are beautiful feathers, and a velvet bow on top of the netting. There is minor dirt and wear.
