THIS IS AWESOME. IT IS AN OLD VINTAGE SALVAGED ARCHITECTURAL METAL FENCE DECOR PIECE THAT HAS A POT OF FLOWERS IN A FRAME. This is all metal. It was probably part of an old garden fence. It has a rectangle frame with a pot of flowers or tulips inside. It is flat and not free standing. It has the original black or dark gray paint that is chippy, with paint loss and a little rusty for a perfect time worn patina. Perfect anywhere in your home in your shabby chic, French country, Paris Apt or romantic cottage decor. Measurements are about 18 1/2" tall by 7 1/2" wide and weighs about 4 pounds.
