THIS IS A SWEET LITTLE OLD VINTAGE CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE HOLDER THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED AS A CANDLE HOLDER OR DISPLAY PEDESTAL This is metal with a gorgeous embossed ornate design of petite swags of roses and other details that you can use as a candle holder or just as a pedestal decor piece. It has the old bulb holder and wires that are cut short, but I don't think it works. It has the original paint, that is a little chippy with paint loss that has minor wear, discoloration and wear.
