THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE MARTIN BIRDHOUSE FROM A COUNTRY GARDEN THAT HAS A GREAT LOOK AND WOULD BE AWESOME IN YOUR HOME OR GARDEN. We have many of the old martin birdhouses in our garden and on our patio and look the nice vintage look they add. This is an older one that is large and a little heavy weighing about 45 pounds! It has a nice classic design and is two stories. It has the original white paint on the wood that is chippy, minor stains, dirt , paint loss and time worn. The roof is a nice gray asphalt and is a little chippy, as I show. Measurements are about 18" tall by about 24 1/2" long by 22 1/2" wide. It weighs about 45 pounds.
