THIS IS A VERY PRETTY OLD VINTAGE SILVER PLATE BOWL WITH A VERY ORNATE SCALLOPED BORDER WITH ROSES IN THE DESIGN. I love using the vintage silver plated pieces in my decor like this one. It is a nice size and the scalloped border has an exquisite pattern. There is tarnish, discoloration, minor scratches and wear. The bottom is stamped what looks like Towle Silver Plate.
