OMG! THIS IS AMAZING! AND SUCH A REMARKABLE STATEMENT MAKING PIECE! THIS IS AN OLD SALVAGED ARCHITECTURAL HEADER THAT IS VERY ORNATE THAT IS ONE OF THE BEST ARCHITECTURAL PIECES I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. THIS IS VERY HARD TO LET THIS ONE GO! This salvaged architectural header is one of those very nice statement making pieces that is about 68" long! It is wood and was salvaged from an older home and is of good quality. iIt is heavy for its size and weighs about 25 pounds. The design is fabulous with the awesome detailing. It has three carved wood flowers, scallops, indented detailing and more! Then on top of the header is another very ornate piece or finial. It has the original old white paint that is chippy, peely with paint loss and time worn for a perfect patina with buttercream showing through. There are some old cracks, but it is solid These headers like this are getting so hard to find, especially in this longer size and look amazing wherever you hang it. Don't let this one get away! My husband will add a hanger on the back. Perfect anywhere in your home in your shabby chic, French country, Paris Apt or romantic cottage decor. Measurements are about 68" long by about 23" tall and 4 1/2" deep and it weighs about 25 pounds.
