THIS IS AN EXQUISITE LARGE CROWN OR TIARA WITH RHINESTONES ALL AROUND THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL ON AN OLD STATUE OR IN A DISPLAY. There are 5 peaks that are 3" tall. There is some color variation to the band and rhinestones with discoloration and some cloudiness. There are no missing rhinestones. You can dress up an old statue or set it out with your collection of crowns and tiaras, or display on an old dress form. The rhinestones are clear.
