WHAT AN AMAZING FIND! THIS IS AN OLD VINTAGE DESK TOP ORGANIZER BOX THAT SAYS "CALIFORNIA INSURANCE" ON THE FRONT WITH THREE SLIDE OUT DRAWERS. The lid lifts up to reveal the three slide out drawers with different compartments. It has a metal knob for the handle and metal hinges. It has the old wood stain, with scratches, minor stains, paint loss, a little chipped wood and wear. Measurements are about 20" by 13" by 7 1/2" tall.
