OH, THIS IS JUST TOO CUTE! IT IS AN OLD VINTAGE SMALL CHILD'S TOY METAL WASHING MACHINE WITH WRINGER THAT CAN BE REPURPOSED AS A VESSEL FOR FLOWERS IN YOUR HOME. It is two pieces, the washer and the wringer. The wringer is removable and adjustable to display on inside or outside. It has the original white paint with red legs. There is paint loss, chippy paint, a little rust, a couple dings, minor dirt and wear. THIS IS FOR THE WASHER AND WRINGER ONLY. THE FLOWERS IN IT ARE NOT INCLUDED.
