THIS IS AN EXQUISITE OLD VICTORIAN CELLULOID DRESSER OR VANITY HAND FAN WITH CREAMY WHITE CELLULOID FLOWERS AND LEAVES ON THE TOP AND PINK SATIN ON THE BACK. I'm not sure what the flowers and leaves are made of, but the person I got this from said it was celluloid. I've never seen a fan like this before. There are some tears to the pink fabric on the back and some missing on the handle. There are some minor stains, minor dirt and discoloration to both sides. Measurements are about 7" by 12".
